You may be able to request a self-password reset. If you've asked to be able to do this, no need to contact us. Just hit the "I forgot my password" link on the login page.
Most users will not be able to reset their own password. Instead, please contact us and we will reset the password on your account. We will then send the new password to the email address which is registered for you on Compass. This is to prevent fraudulent attempts at password resets.
To request a password reset, please submit a new ticket and be sure to include your Membership Number.
